With all the changes that have taken place in the banking sector over recent years the demand for management consultants is high. With each merger or de-merger there are implications for the way in which the management structure functions. Management consultants are called upon to assess the best way forward following these changes. Change coordinators are in great demand to see through those changes and manage the impact that it has on the bank and its employees.
