Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions

This Refer a Friend Offer is open to existing Integro Accounting clients (“you”) and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

If you refer a friend (“New Client”) and they become a client of Integro Accounting you shall be entitled to receive a £100 reward from the following options: digital Amazon.co.uk gift card, one month’s free accountancy fees or a case of wine from Naked Wines.

Eligibility Criteria

In order for you to be eligible to receive this Reward, the New Client must have paid three full monthly direct debit payments and must still be a client of Integro Accounting.

The Reward

Please note that you will only be entitled to receive a Reward when we deem that the Eligibility Criteria set out above has been met and subject to the Conditions set out below. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the Offer and our decision is final.

Conditions

It is a condition of this Offer that the New Client has not been a client of Integro Accounting for a period of 2 years prior to the date of the referral. If the New Client has been engaged with Integro Accounting for our accountancy service within 2 years prior to the date of the referral, we have the right to withdraw the Offer and the Reward will not be made available.

This Offer is not available to any individuals, contractors or limited companies who currently have outstanding fees owing to Integro Accounting. We reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this Offer as necessary.

This Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. In addition, this Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18.
