Full Question: I am struggling to reach my current accountant. I either speak to several people and have to repeat myself, or get told I have to pay extra for any work requests about Covid-19! I am fed up and would like to switch accountants, can this still be done during Covid-19?Ask Ryan

I am sorry to hear about your current experiences with your accountant! We are hearing this way too often now that you don’t deal with an accountant but more a ‘team’ of people or an ‘account support’, which can be very frustrating dependent on their skill level and turn around time in responding to you.
