We at Integro Accounting pride ourselves in providing the best service for our clients. Maintaining high quality service is our number one priority, but so is the safety of our employees during the Covid-19 crisis.

We detail what key measures are in place to guarantee the safety of both our clients and employees.

How are our employees working through Covid-19?

  • All our employees are safely working from home. Your dedicated accountant is still available on the standard Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm through our standard number 0207 096 2659. . . just in some instances sitting with better cup of coffee and a nice garden view.
  • No logging new enquirers and calls that can take several days. We ensure all clients are responded to as quickly as possible. Any delays will be communicated quickly.
  • Same numbers, same hours, same support. You will never have to go through an automated system, call diversions, wait in a queue or only get a response through email only. We are available though emails – all mailboxes are fully monitored – phone and our call back request form. This is available as an option for us to call at your convenience.
  • Top software programs. Our ‘book a meeting service’ is temporarily closed. However, our team are using the best software programmes, such as Microsoft Teams and Skype, in order to keep in touch both internally and externally. No detail will be missed and no enquirers ignored.
  • Full access to all accountancy software and client data. Each accountant has access to CCH, FreeAgent and all banking platforms as required. No data is unavailable.

Can clients still join Integro Accounting?

Absolutely. We have implemented careful measures that will allow us to successfully process all new clients.

  • No extra charges for Covid-19 support. Some companies may charge up to £30 extra in order to help with areas impacted by Covid-19, i.e. application to the job retention scheme. We do not. We can furlough you and your clients for now extra cost, full details can be found here: How to apply for Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.
  • Post still successfully collected on a weekly basis. Each new client receives a ‘new client pack’ through the post. We ensure on a weekly basis that all post is sent and collected from our Integro Accounting offices. This is done on a rota to ensure our staffs safety.
  • Full sign up process within 48 hours. All new clients can complete our online submission form by clicking here, or speaking to one of our qualified accountants who can complete the process on your behalf. There will be no delay with all clients signed up to FreeAgent within 48 hours.
  • Full switching service still available. Are you feeling frustrated with your current accountant? We can help. If you are a recruiter or a contractor and are ready for a change, our accountants switcher service is still in place. We can start working on your accounts and engage with your previous accountants on your behalf. Even if your accountancy firm is currently closed, no charges will be made until we have successfully transferred you over. No catch-up fees still apply: Switching Contractor Accountants.
